Me in different places, I am mobile. I have two homes, in Warsaw and in Lousanne, but recently I have been spending most of my time in Frankfurt - work related.

Well, I loved London at the beginning, everything was fascinating. Now I am tired of it, thinking of moving somewhere n the outskirts, like 5th or 6th zone. I don't think I would like to go to a different town or some village. I would like it to be quiet, but with an easy access to the centre.

CatLady, I remember my attempts to settle in England. Back then, like 4 years ago I was planning to stay in the United Kingdom for keeps. My friend and I decided to move to one of the towns near Liverpool and start everything afresh. I was reluctant at first but she managed to convince me somehow. I packed my bags and waved good-bye to my mom and friends and set off, as it could seem, on the adventure of my lifetime. I felt independent and ready for anything!
Unfortunatelly, the only thing I can share with you about that stay is a bad experience 'cause nothing went as planned. I was left without anything to live on since I was fired from my job. I kept trying to find a new one but all to no avail. Liverpool was definitely not a place for me and I was haunted by thoughts of coming back home from the very beginning. Eventually, I returned to live in Poland after several months.

CatLady, I love your city, though. I was just passing through London on my way back home and didn't have much time to explore the city to its fullest. However, I'm going to catch up sometime this year. I have a close friend there and she's been nagging me to finally arrive. I guess, I have to accept her invitation at last

Lucas, I have similar experience. At first when I came I was staying with my friend. I decided to come after I've graduated from university as I didn't know what to do with myself. And everything was supposed to be great. I'm gonna come to UK, get a job, save some money, meet people, etc. So I came, got the job, lost it, got another one, lost it too, then I was working for an agency, here and there, earning national minimum. I would sat that the first year, maybe even two years was bloody difficult. I didn't know where I was standing, what would happen tomorrow. Living with my friend and her husband also wasn't easy.

I think the most important is to never assume anything: it will be great or it will suck. Just go with the flow accept things as they are, take challenges as they come, do not assume it will be easy from now on.

On that day bikers are coming from hole Canada and USA.
